Shampoo: Dampen hair with water, massage in a "quarter"" sized drop of Hair Energizer Shampoo, leave on scalp for 3-5 minutes. Rinse then apply a second time, leaving on the scalp for 1-2 minutes. Rinse and towel dry hair.

Follicle Spray: Works best if used after applying Daily Shampoo and Jojoba Oil. Spray onto areas of the scalp with thinning hair growth to help increase hair thickness.

Jojoba Oil: Apply small amount to the scalp and massage in.

Vitamins: For healthier hair, skin, and nails take two tablets daily as desired.
